MY EVERYDAY REPERTOIRE
My Everyday Repertoire is intended for separate levels for a second language or foreign language lesson in English.
It is designed to meet the needs of the beginner learner in terms of vocabulary, listening comprehension and pronunciation. He offers great practice in each of these areas. In each lesson, important grammatical structures and vocabulary are used.
The texts (lessons) that you will find in this repertoire (BOOK) are realistic and practical, and the situations in each of its thirteen courses provide a cultural context that will be recognizable and relevant.
MER consists of two parts: The texts and the “vocabulary overview” section. If you really want to progress in English in a new way, now you have found the right one. MER is practical and easy to use.
Vocabulary overview : Important words or idioms related to the topic or topic of each lesson are included in the vocabulary overview section. This section presents the vocabularies in series, and allows the learner to apply the vocabulary and idiomatic structures where these are defined (explained). The learner should be able to understand their meanings.
Who is this for?
- My everyday repertoire can be used for courses at three distinct levels, beginner, elementary, intermediate. Because the lessons and methods are aimed at these levels. The materials in this pack are particularly aimed at those who have few resources or who want to be more proficient in English.
Beginner - students with no knowledge of English or even the alphabet. Students who are starting to form basic sentences and who use English just for basic communicative needs like (asking for an object, apologizing, greeting, etc.)
Elementary - Students who improve quickly and learn more vocabulary week by week and are able to make simple sentences. They can try to make complex sentences, but still make a lot of mistakes in all areas of the language.
Intermediate - These students have overcome all the basic difficulties of learning the English language and are starting to develop reading, writing and speaking skills by experimenting with more difficult vocabulary and longer, complex sentences . Mistakes do occur, but less frequently than at the elementary level, and students can confidently interact in English in a wide range of social situations.
Why MER?
We bet for sure that you are eager to speak English. You want to improve yourself, automatically and fluently speak English, don't you? Well we want to ask you about the most important English skills you know. What skills do you know? What skill do you need to have to speak well? How good do you want to be at English?
Speaking English fluently is the most important goal. The research clearly explains it. There is only one way to demonstrate fluency in language. You don't master the language by reading textbooks. You do not receive fluency by going to English school (only). Mastery does not come by studying the rules of grammar.
To achieve fluency in English you need to have a lot of understandable repetitive listening. This is the only way to be a fantastic English speaker. You don't have to learn English with your eyes, but with your ears. In other words, you have to listen. Listen to more English, listening to language learning is the key to a great speech. The best listening should be understandable and repetitive. Both are important. If you don't understand, you don't learn anything, you won't improve it. This is why listening to English television does not help you. You don't understand most of what you are listening to. It's too difficult, it's too fast. The best listening equipment should be easy. You should mostly listen to easy English. Do not listen to difficult English because you will not understand and you will learn slowly. Listen to easier English, and your expression will improve faster. In order to help you practice these things, we have the honor to introduce MER!
